Job Summary

Own the end-to-end management of product data, site content, and digital marketing efforts to drive ecommerce performance.

Lead product listings, pricing, imagery, and content updates.
Coordinate SEO, campaigns, and website optimization to improve traffic and conversions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Add and update products, images, descriptions, pricing, and website content.
Maintain accurate product and inventory information and warehouse locations.
Improve website appearance, functionality, and customer experience.
Manage SEO and help improve website search rankings and traffic.
Assist with Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and other digital campaigns.
Create and edit product images and marketing content.
Monitor website and marketing performance.
Help implement new features and improve our business management system.
Troubleshoot website and system issues and coordinate with developers when necessary.
Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes.

Requirements

Experience with e-commerce, website management, or digital marketing.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and analytics is preferred.
Experience with ERP or business management systems is a plus.
Basic graphic design and image editing skills.
Basic HTML/CSS or web development knowledge is a plus.
Strong computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Bachelor's (Preferred)
e-commerce or website management: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute: New Orleans, LA 70123 (Required)
