Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the LYCON UK Training Department
• Coordinate training schedules and oversee and support our team of field trainers
• Deliver engaging practical and theory-based professional training courses
• Host seminars, workshops, live demonstrations and educational events
• Represent LYCON at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events across the UK
• Create engaging product demonstrations, educational videos and social media content
• Become a confident and knowledgeable ambassador for the LYCON brand
• Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and opening new training accounts
• Develop existing salon relationships and maximise customer engagement and loyalty
• Identify new revenue streams and opportunities to expand the education offering

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy (required)
• 5 years Sales experience (required)
• Do you have an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy?
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• PETALS qualified or willing to work towards achieving the qualification

• Willing to travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays when required
• Ideally holds a full UK driving licence
