- Grow and manage a thriving creator community.
- Develop playbooks, incentives, and programs that increase creator activity and retention.
- Identify winning content and scale what works.
- Own KPIs including active creators, content output, creator-driven revenue, and creator retention.
Requirements
- Built and scaled a commission-based creator, affiliate, or ambassador program.
- Recruited and activated hundreds of creators.
- Increased creator engagement and retention through systems—not one-off campaigns.
- Owned measurable business results from a creator community.
