Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Systems
  • - Build and prioritise a testing roadmap across paid, creative, and CRO, and establish a consistent experimentation cadence so wins and losses compound over time.

  • - Test and validate new channels and formats before scaling investment.

  • - Structure campaigns, testing plans, and creative iterations, and continually improve landing page fit.
  • - Manage budgets and drive CAC/ROAS efficiency, building out attribution and incrementality measurement as the function matures.
  • Website Optimisation (CRO)
