Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on senior role, leading our creative team and direction, that gives the opportunity to drive real impact within a household name brand
• lead, inspire and developed our in-house creative team as well as working alongside our agency partners to drive real step-change, consistency and alignment across all multi-channel touchpoints within our creative output.
• align teams around a clear creative direction, and embed more effective ways of working.
• you’ll reimagine how the brand shows up across every touchpoint, ensuring it is cohesive, distinctive, and creatively compelling.
• Working closely with the Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Senior Product Marketing Manager, and Senior Brand Manager and wider cross functional business departments

Requirements

• If you come from a pure creative consumer marketing (whether product or retail), at Head of Creative, Senior Design Manager, or Creative Lead type levels
• lead in-house creative design teams & studios across: Creative Direction
• Brand Expression
• Creative Development, Campaigns & Storytelling
• Brand Guardianship & Creative Quality
• Role is full time, 5 days per week with a minimum of 3 days a week at our Huddersfield, West Yorkshire (HD5 0RH) Head office & Design Studio base.
