Job Description
- Own content strategy and calendar across YouTube, Instagram, and Email
- Run the full YouTube production pipeline from research to analytics
- Partner with our external YouTube strategy consultant
- Manage Instagram agency and short-form content
- Lead a distributed team of hosts, editors, agencies, and freelancers
- Proven track record managing a YouTube channel (ideally 50K+ subs or strong growth trajectory)
- Experience coordinating multi-format content (long-form video, short-form, email)
- Strong project management across multiple workstreams
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Fully remote
- Full-time contract
- Being in Dubai is a plus
