Job Summary

Own the data backbone and automation for go-to-market, aligning founder and investor data with scalable outreach and reliable instrumentation.

  • Data ownership: maintain ETL pipelines that ingest, dedupe, and enrich from multiple sources into a single spine.
  • Automation ownership: manage outreach engines and API integrations to power sequences and campaigns.
  • Quality and instrumentation: ensure data quality through entity resolution, domain matching, and live-outreach health.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You own the data and the automation that power our go-to-market, balanced across both: the pipelines that unify founder and investor data, and the systems that run our outreach.
  • ETL and pipelines: ingest, dedup, and enrich data from many sources into one clean spine.
  • The automation layer: outreach engines like SmartLead and HeyReach, sequences, and API integrations.
  • Data quality that moves the metric: domain matching, entity resolution, enrichment.
  • The health and instrumentation of the live outreach engine.

Requirements

  • Strong in SQL and Python, with real production ETL pipelines behind you.
  • Have built API automations across outbound tools or a CRM.
  • Care about data quality and instrument it, rather than just moving rows.
  • Build from scratch, ship, and move fast with AI tooling.
