Job Summary

Own end-to-end growth with AI-native automation and data-driven execution that turns insights into scalable business impact.

  • Own growth initiatives from discovery through measurement, including technical and programmatic SEO, content features, and performance signals.
  • Partner with founders and senior leadership to translate data into prioritized opportunities and clear roadmaps.
  • Scale execution with agentic workflows and automated pipelines to increase velocity and impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own growth projects end-to-end — discovery, strategy, execution, measurement, and iteration
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to leadership, presenting insights and growth opportunities with confidence
  • Lead high-impact technical and programmatic SEO initiatives — URL migrations, taxonomy rebuilds, canonical and indexation changes at scale
  • Build programmatic content features (self-discovery tools, screeners, quizzes) that drive acquisition
  • Translate SEO, product, and performance data into clear, actionable insights
  • Use Claude and build agentic workflows to improve execution velocity and scale your impact
  • Build forecasts, set targets, and deliver clear, data-driven reporting on a regular cadence
