Your Career:

As a Growth Marketing Manager at MHR, you’ll take full ownership of strategic marketing initiatives that fuel business growth and customer acquisition. This is your opportunity to shape and lead data-driven campaigns, bring fresh ideas to life, and see your impact in real-time. Working across departments, especially closely with Sales and Product Marketing, you'll develop compelling go-to-market strategies, expand reach into key segments, and build your profile as a forward-thinking marketing professional.

Your Impact:

As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving awareness, engagement, and demand for MHR’s solutions across key markets. You’ll lead the development of effective campaigns that generate excitement for product and service launches, working closely with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure alignment with industry needs. By targeting the right audiences with tailored messaging and assets, you’ll support our growth strategy and help convert leads into loyal customers. Your innovative marketing approaches will expand our market reach, while your focus on performance reporting and optimisation will ensure campaigns deliver measurable results. Ultimately, your work will directly contribute to MHR’s reputation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition success.
