Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Paid Acquisition Strategy & Agency Management
  • Direct, strategy-lead, and oversee media campaigns across demand and social channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and Search).
  • Act as the primary internal bridge to external performance marketing agencies, setting clear creative briefs, directing acquisition targets, and auditing day-to-day agency output.
  • Monitor performance metrics and Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA) closely against strict fuel margins, ensuring campaign efficiency and positive unit economics.
  • Partnerships, Affiliates & Co-Branded Growth
  • Source, launch, and manage affiliate relationships as an advertiser to scale customer acquisition channels.
  • Identify, establish, and manage targeted co-branded audience campaigns and strategic partnerships with creators & businesses-alike focused on our target market.
  • Assist the Product team with referral program mechanics, campaign structures, and marketing content to turn active drivers into organic growth loops.
  • Content, SEO & Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
  • Manage WordPress CMS, update site pages, structure layout content via page builders and maintain site hygiene.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record (3+ years) managing B2C acquisition campaigns, ideally within fintech, automotive, oil & gas or high-growth tech environments.
  • Interests: Preferably keen interest in the automotive industry.
  • Agency Management: Demonstrable experience directing external performance marketing agencies and managing external stakeholder relationships.
  • Technical & Design Literacy: Hands-on proficiency with graphic design and WordPress for web content management. Solid understanding of modern SEO and emerging GEO strategies.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong grasp of unit economics, CPA management, and performance marketing attribution.
  • Communication: Exceptional copywriting and content structuring skills, with the ability to translate complex financial or fuel-saving propositions into clear, high-converting messaging.
