Job Description

Responsibilities

End-to-End ownership: Own growth performance and commercial success for a defined market or region, driving user and revenue growth by defining, prioritizing, and scaling high-impact levers across the full user journey.
You will collaborate and align with the Expansion team/STOs.
Growth strategy: Develop and execute market-specific growth strategies across: Paid Search (SEM) Paid App channels (e.g. Apple Search Ads, Google App campaigns) Affiliate and Influencer Marketing SEO and ASO (strategic oversight and optimization, not full content ownership) Campaign & Investment Management: Own end-to-end campaign and investment execution for your market, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing scale vs. efficiency, while identifying and scaling new growth opportunities through structured experimentation and rapid iteration.
Local Market Adaptation: Own creative and messaging performance for your market by translating global playbooks into locally relevant growth initiatives. Partner with local agencies and internal teams to test hypotheses, refine localisation, and improve performance based on market-specific insights.
Affiliate & Influencer Management: Oversee affiliate and influencer performance for your market, along with the Affiliate team, including partner onboarding, performance evaluation, and ROI optimization.
Stakeholder Management & Influence: Build strong working relationships across Growth, Expansion, Product, Analytics, and senior commercial stakeholders. Navigate differing perspectives, align on priorities, and communicate recommendations clearly in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
Data & Measurement: Leverage tracking and analytics infrastructure to ensure accurate attribution, measurement, and insight generation, and use data to inform decision making, trade-offs, and next steps.
