Demand-gen ownership: New SHAIR salon partners, new salon clients, new stylist leads.
Campaign engine: Build, test, and optimize paid and non-paid campaigns to feed leads, bookings, and applications.
Performance loop: Review results and iterate targeting, creative, and channels to lift conversions.

Responsibilities

This role owns demand generation across three areas: New SHAIR salon partners; New salon clients; New stylist leads
Create qualified salon-owner enquiries and booked meetings for SHAIR.
Create campaigns that generate new client bookings for salons.
Create campaigns that generate stylist enquiries and applications.
This role is responsible for creating the opportunities that feed those functions.
Take a commercial target; Build campaigns around it; Generate qualified leads, bookings, applications, or meetings; Review performance; Improve campaigns based on results.

Requirements

You must have already generated real demand through lead-generation campaigns, using paid advertising.
Meta ads, lead-generation funnels, landing pages, retargeting, CRM follow-up, email/SMS campaigns, AI tools, campaign reporting, warm outreach, cold outreach, organic content direction, direct mail, events, and database marketing.
Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
Live within a one hour commute from Cheltenham.
This is a lead-generation role with a strong digital focus, particularly paid advertising, lead capture, retARGETing, follow-up, and repeatable campaign systems.
