Job Summary

Own the social content engine; turn platform trends and audience signals into timely, on-brand storytelling across channels while coordinating with design, PR, and agencies to move traffic to the site.

  • Growth & Execution: plan and execute a long term social calendar across video and LinkedIn newsletters with a data driven feedback loop.
  • Channel & Community: daily social channel management, community engagement, and brand-voice consistency across touchpoints.
  • Measurement & Optimization: use performance data to refine content ideas, formats, and distribution for better reach and traffic.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Track performance and use data to refine content ideas and formats.
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, features, and industry and competitor news to produce timely, relevant content.
  • Plan, manage, and execute long-term social media content calendar in a variety of formats including short- and long-form video and LinkedIn newsletter.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams, suppliers, and stakeholders including Marketing, Design, PR, and video agencies.
  • Manage timelines to deliver work accurately and on schedule.
  • Responsible for maintaining the brand message and look across all channels.
  • Daily management for all social channels: respond to messages and brand mentions; engage with brand advocates and customers.
  • Devise strategies to drive traffic from social sites to the company website.
  • Help with the coverage of key industry events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running brand or community social media accounts.
  • Proficiency with social media scheduling and reporting tools (Sprout, Meltwater, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Some experience with video and graphic editing platforms (Canva, InDesign).
  • Experience owning projects from idea to delivery.
  • A natural storyteller who understands brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and effectively manage workload.

Preferred
