Create, systematically organize, and deliver necessary variations of core brand elements
Act as the strict gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits
Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems that align with modern design standards
Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums

Requirements

Portfolio heavily focused on brand identity creation, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines. We are looking for specialists with a deep understanding of how core branding translates seamlessly across different digital and print mediums.
English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required)
Technical Skills (Essential):
- Brand Identity Creation: Expertise in building foundational assets from scratch, including scalable logos, distinct color palettes, and typography systems
- Design Tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for crafting and managing core design assets
- Cross-Medium Adaptation: Proven ability to translate brand DNA perfectly across varied formats, from digital social media kits to corporate pitch decks and print materials
- Brand System Architecture: Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries for wider team use
Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality assets

Preferred

At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus
