We are looking for a motivated Graduate Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to build a career in data, IT, digital operations, or analytics.

The Role

You will support the Data and Digital Operations teams with a variety of day-to-day operational, technical, and administrative tasks. The role offers hands-on experience working with business data, campaign delivery, reporting, and digital systems.

You will receive training and support while gaining valuable real-world experience in a fast-paced data environment.

The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users. 

Responsibilities

• Assisting with preparing and processing business data files
• Running data counts and producing reports for internal teams and clients
• Supporting data cleansing, formatting, and validation activities
• Helping deliver data extracts and campaign files
• Assisting with importing and exporting data between systems
• Supporting the Head of Digital Operations with:
• Email campaign scheduling
• Email deliverability monitoring
• Campaign setup and testing
• Suppression and unsubscribe processing
• Carrying out quality checks on data and campaign outputs
• Updating spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
• Helping investigate data issues and discrepancies
• Providing general IT and operational support where required

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
• 1 - 2 years' Data Analysis experience
• Proficient in SQL
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Interest in data, IT, technology, or digital marketing
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Keen interest in AI
