Job Description

Responsibilities

Optimize eCommerce channel performance across brand sites and app for delivery and order ahead.
Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth
Manage product to ensure best-in-class customer experience online and in app.
Connects product development, restaurant technology, and marketing to deliver seamless digital experiences that drive business results.
Identify opportunities for restaurant team members to improve digital order flow, guest handoff, and app engagement within the store experience.
Develop commercial business plans to size and prioritize eCommerce opportunities based on revenue potential, guest impact, and operational feasibility.
Manage website development, digital marketing, and user experience to drive revenue and growth.
Monitor analytics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion funnels, and reduce friction in the purchase journey.
Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with eCommerce channel partners.

Requirements

4 year college Degree required. Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar preferred
7-10 years in food industry eCommerce operations, online marketplace management, ordering websites, apps, preferably with a background in driving digital adoption
Exceptional computer skills required in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and other appropriate software
