Job Summary

Own and drive end-to-end marketing campaigns across paid channels, collaborating with internal teams and partners to optimize performance, generate insights, and report results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the planning, launch, and management of marketing campaigns across paid marketing channels.
Demonstrate initiative and creativity by proactively identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaigns are integrated, on-brand, and aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Assist with campaign reporting, analyze performance metrics, and develop insights and recommendations to inform future strategies.
Support testing initiatives across audiences, creative, messaging, offers, and customer experiences to improve marketing effectiveness.
Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and new perspectives to the team.
Contribute to budget tracking and help coordinate campaign assets, timelines, invoices, and deliverables.
Support the development of presentations, business updates, and performance recaps for partners and leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Four to six years of experience in marketing industry

Preferred

Experience in digital marketing, paid media, advertising, customer acquisition, or a related field.
Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar marketing technologies.
Experience using analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong teamwork and communication skills; comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable, curious with a growth mindset; eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
