Frequent happy hours, bars, and restaurants across Chicago neighborhoods (assigned and self-sourced) to shoot content on-site
Try drinks and food items being featured — comfort with alcohol tasting/reviewing on camera is a must
Shoot and edit 3 short-form vertical videos per month (Reels/TikTok style) optimized for social engagement
Apply The Move Chicago's brand voice and aesthetic: editorial, bold, curiosity-driven — think "show the vibe, save the deal details for the site"
Turn around content quickly — ideally within 24–48 hours of a shoot
Collaborate on content calendar and venue coverage priorities (which neighborhoods, which spots, timing around new venue partnerships)
Occasionally appear on camera as a recurring face/personality for the brand
Stay current on Chicago's bar/restaurant openings and nightlife trends to help identify new content opportunities.

Requirements

Based in Chicago and genuinely plugged into the going-out scene — you're already doing this, we just want to help you get paid for it
Strong video shooting skills (phone-based content is fine, but you know how to frame, light, and capture footage that looks good)
Video editing chops — comfortable with CapCut, Premiere Rush, InShot, or similar
Must be 21+ and comfortable consuming alcohol on camera as part of content
Outgoing, camera-comfortable personality — you don't need to be an influencer already, but you shouldn't be camera-shy
Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage your own schedule across multiple venue visits per week
Bonus: existing social following or content portfolio (send examples/links)
Bonus: experience with content scheduling tools, basic graphic design (Canva), or short-form copywriting
