Responsibilities

Lead integrated content planning across social, email, web, and blog.
Translate organizational priorities, campaigns, and key moments into compelling digital content.
Maintain a clear, consistent cadence across channels.
Turn core messaging into platform-specific strategies tailored to each audience.
Ensure content is cohesive, on-brand, and optimized for engagement and growth.
Identify opportunities to strengthen performance across channels.
Partner with Brand & Creative to bring digital campaigns and content to life.
Shape how creative concepts translate across social, email, web, and blog experiences.
Mentor channel owners and strengthen platform-specific strategy and execution.
Partner closely with the Social Media Manager to elevate social content and audience growth.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media
Experience managing organic social media channels and/or blog content
Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting
Ability to translate high-level messaging into effective digital content
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
Passion for the mission of FOCUS and digital evangelization
