Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between General Motors, Chevy LMAs and CRG by communicating alignment with national brand programs and initiatives.
Understand the Clients’ business objectives as well as the business climate in their region including sales rate, inventory, competitive marketing activities and market share.
Understand Brand strategy and marketing communication activities and lead the development of strategies and tactics that extend, amplify and activate these initiatives in the local market.
Analyze the business and lead the development of strategic marketing communication solutions for the Clients.
Report timely and accurate information to CRG on market conditions, Chevy LMA marketing communications activities and problems or critical solutions.
Management of CRG field employees within an assigned region including time reporting and expense reimbursement approval, position/dept training, performance evaluations, employee relations issues and hiring.
Supervision of all financial responsibilities including monitoring budget and cash flow and perform budgetary controls.
Travel to and attendance at select monthly LMA meetings

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business-related or equivalent, relevant experience.
8-10 years of previous dealer group experience working in the Field in a supervisory role
Ability to develop strategic marketing communication plans.
Must have strong presentation skills, experience with client interaction and possess confidence to assertively and tactfully manage challenging clients.
Firm grasp of financial management and forecasting.
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) with internal agency departments, vendors and LMA clients.
Must be agile, organized, efficient and creative on both strategic and tactical levels to keep up with the active workload of this retail account.
Must have a keen understanding of the automotive industry and Chevy products.
Comprehensive understanding of all retail media channels, specifically digital and broadcast media planning/buying
