Job Summary

Own the execution of social content for hospitality clients, from creative production to community management and performance reporting, with a strong eye for platform-specific storytelling and trend spotting.

  • Content production, scheduling, and multi-channel publishing across IG, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Brand-aligned community engagement and influencer/UCG partnerships
  • Monthly performance tracking and client reporting to inform content strategy

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and photography for IG, TikTok & Facebook
  • Write engaging captions, stories, and posts tailored to each client's brand audience
  • Design static and animated graphics using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Produce monthly content calendars aligned to seasonal promotions, events, and campaigns
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple client accounts
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and in-brand
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers and user-generated content
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and compile monthly reports for clients
  • Stay current with trends in social media and the hospitality industry
  • Attend client briefings, site visits, and events (including evenings/weekends where required) to capture content
Requirements
  • 1–2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation
  • Strong photography and short-form video skills for Instagram Reels and TikTok
  • Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • Basic Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar video editing experience
  • MUST be a resident of Staffordshire
Preferred
  • Experience working with hospitality brands or in an agency environment
