Own Brand Field Marketing Manager will lead region-wide own-brand initiatives, training, and omnichannel campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue, partnering with Commercial, Category, Sales, Ecommerce, CRM, and Marketing.

Responsibilities
- Championing Own Brand Across the North
- Act as the regional ambassador for Rexel's own-brand portfolio across Northern branches.
- Drive awareness, adoption, and sales growth through branch engagement and customer-facing activity.
- Partner with Commercial, Category, Sales, Ecommerce, CRM, and Marketing teams to maximise revenue and profit opportunities.
- Ensure a consistent own-brand message and customer experience across all channels.
- Planning and delivering branch sales events, product showcases, and promotional activities throughout the region.
- Provide engaging product and sales training to colleagues, helping them confidently recommend our own-brand solutions.
- Accompany sales teams on customer visits as the subject matter expert for own-brand products.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance through targeted marketing and digital initiatives.
- Support the development and rollout of omnichannel campaigns that generate revenue and profit growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a product-led environment delivering fast-paced growth (own brand, product, or category growth focused).
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect marketing and sales activity to revenue and margin outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Commercial/Category, Sales, Digital/Ecommerce, CRM, and Branch Operations.
- Track record supporting new product adoption through a mix of marketing activity, colleague training, merchandising, and campaigns.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills (able to plan, prioritise, and deliver through others across multiple locations).
- Hands-on experience working on site / in-branch to build product knowledge, drive adoption, and increase sales.
- Full flexibility to travel weekly across the North of the UK and work independently (the role requires regular branch/customer site presence).
Preferred
- Experience planning and delivering omnichannel campaigns (digital + in-branch activation) with performance tracking and optimisation.
- Experience running sales enablement activity such as branch events, roadshows, or structured product training programmes.
- Evidence of improving customer adoption/retention and basket growth through education and field-based marketing activity.
