Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the regional field marketing plan and budget for the Northern Europe region across the UK and the Nordics aligned to go-to-market objectives.
- Partner with regional sales leadership to translate territory priorities and target accounts into field marketing programs.
- Execute the plan of field programs from end-to-end across third-party conference sponsorships, Mistral-owned events (e.g., summits, roundtables, forums), account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and campaigns.
- Manage project timelines, vendor relationships, logistics, and speaker coordination with precision.
- Allocate and optimize the regional marketing budget aligned with field marketing objectives.
- Monitor and report on progress against objectives and the regional territory plan. Analyze campaign-level results, extract learnings, and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
- Proactively engage with key stakeholders to ensure program success from sales, product marketing, demand gen, comms, public affairs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, with a focus on owned events, conference sponsorships, partner marketing, and ABM.
- Enterprise B2B tech background, with a deep understanding of enterprise selling and B2B tech business models.
- Proven experience managing field marketing programs in the Northern Europe region.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver, able to translate business needs into actionable field marketing plans.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-starter mindset: Result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, and intellectually curious.
- No ego, highly committed, with a growth mindset and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
