Job Summary

Own recruitment marketing for engineering students, driving campaigns that lift UG/PGT applications and shepherds applicants from inquiry to enrolment.

  • Campaign ownership: design and deliver recruitment marketing and conversion programs for Engineering.
  • Prospect lifecycle: nurture inquiries through admissions to enrolment with smooth handoffs.
  • Cross-stakeholder collaboration: align messaging and channels with Engineering and admissions teams to optimize outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities - lead on the design, development and delivery of Engineering’s recruitment marketing and conversion campaigns to increase applications to the Faculty’s UG and PGT course offering - support the nurturing of prospects through the admissions process to enrolment Requirements - educated to a minimum of degree level in a relevant subject or have substantial equivalent relevant experience - demonstrable experience within a marketing role and a track record of planning, developing, managing and leading promotional and marketing activities - excellent communication skills, strong personal presence, and well developed presentational skills with an ability to negotiate successful outcomes - ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, securing engagement and support, and the ability to work as part of a team, providing appropriate leadership when required Preferred - Marketing experience within Higher Education would be advantageous
