Job Summary

Own end-to-end experiential project delivery, translating briefs into structured plans and coordinating design, production, and client stakeholders to deliver on time, on budget, and to high quality.

Project Delivery: Define scope, programmes, and delivery frameworks, build detailed timelines, and keep all stages on track.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Guide design outputs and align production partners, with clear communication between client, design, and production.
Budget and Risk Management: Track budgets, manage scope changes, and ensure feasibility from site visits to on-site delivery.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead projects end to end from brief through to delivery
Manage client relationships with confidence and clarity
Take, challenge and refine briefs to establish clear direction
Translate ideas into structured plans and actionable workflows
Work closely with the design team to guide outputs and maintain momentum
Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are practical, cost aligned and ready to build
Define scope, programme and delivery frameworks across projects
Build and manage detailed timelines, keeping all stages on track
Manage suppliers, contractors and specialist partners
Carry out site visits, feasibility reviews and technical assessments
