Overview

We’re looking for an Executive Communications Consultant to join Gallagher’s in-house marketing agency, The Marketing Studio, in Glasgow. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders to transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, and visually compelling communications. You’ll also establish storytelling frameworks and best practices that elevate executive communications across the organisation.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll:

• Collaborate with senior leaders to create high-impact presentations and strategic communications.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives and visual stories.
• Design polished, executive-level presentations and data visualisations that align with Gallagher’s brand standards.
• Develop storytelling frameworks, templates, and tools to improve communication quality and consistency.
• Lead training sessions to enhance storytelling and presentation skills across teams.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience in visual communications, presentation design, or executive communications.
• Advanced PowerPoint and visual design skills.
• A strong understanding of storytelling, data visualisation, and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders.
• The ability to create scalable frameworks and tools that improve communication processes.
