We work with driven, high-performing entrepreneurs - helping them scale their income through a powerful mix of business strategy, subconscious reprogramming, and manifestation. We run live virtual events, a weekly podcast, high-ticket mentorship programmes, and a social media presence that's growing aggressively - and we're now looking for an incredible all-rounder to grow with us.

The Role

This is NOT your average EA role. If you're looking for a 9-5 where you answer emails and book meeting rooms - this isn't for you.

But if you're someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves being in the middle of EVERYTHING, and has a genuine interest in MARKETING and would love marketing to be your future career - this is it.

We're looking for a strong EA who comes with some marketing experience and is genuinely excited to do more of it. You don't need to be a marketing expert - you just need the energy, the ideas, and the hunger to grow. We'll teach you the rest.

This is a long-term role with an incredible team. Your work will make an impact here - and you'll see it in real time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Being the right hand to the founder - across every area of the business (not so much inbox/diary... this is more of an online marketing, promoting our events, and growing a global brand role)
• Looking after our clients (high-level business owners - you'll need to show up accordingly)
• Managing communications, and anything the business needs day-to-day
• Raising invoices and handling ad hoc admin tasks
• Supporting our social media presence - we post around 5X times a day on Instagram and you'll be involved in making that happen
• Coming out with us on filming days in London - street interviews, on-the-go content, the full thing
• Bringing fresh content ideas to the table
• Supporting the promotion and coordination of both virtual and in-person events - including putting together live events in London, and managing them
• Whatever the business needs - if it needs doing, you're on it
