Job Summary

Coordinate and own end-to-end event logistics and on-site delivery within a cross-functional marketing team, ensuring compliant, on-brand experiences for defence/aerospace audiences.

  • Event Delivery & Logistics: plan timelines, readiness, show boxes, equipment, vendor coordination, and on-site setup/breakdown.
  • Marketing Operations: manage the marketing store and asset tracking, samples, shipping, and ERP spend aligned with campaigns.
  • Cross-team Coordination: align with sales, technical teams, export control, and external suppliers to meet deadlines and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in event coordination, exhibitions, logistics or operations
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Hands-on and willing to support physical setup and preparation
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work across teams and stakeholders

Preferred

  • Desirable: Experience in a marketing or commercial environment
  • Desirable: Exposure to B2B or technical industries
  • Desirable: Basic understanding of marketing campaigns or content
  • Desirable: Experience working with external suppliers, logistics providers or agencies
  • Desirable: Experience using content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
  • Desirable: Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
