Own end-to-end event planning and partner coordination for London tech leadership events, with a focus on flawless logistics, speaker sourcing, and ongoing program quality.

Event Operations: Manage admin, calendars, deadlines, and on-site delivery to ensure seamless experiences.
Experience Curation: Source speakers, venues, and sponsors to curate standout events.
Feedback & Iteration: Capture attendee input and drive continuous improvement across meetings and executive dinners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Handle the admin and logistics that make events run seamlessly.
Lead on community events & help to organise executive dinners.
Source the best speakers, suppliers, and venues being a big part of curating amazing experiences.
Bring fresh, innovative ideas to meetings and help push events to the next level.
Maintain event calendars and deadlines like a pro.
Collect feedback from attendees and clients to make each event better than the last.
Become the lead event planner and take full responsibility for the delivery of events.
Expected to liaise with sponsors/speakers/partners to make sure that all moving parts of the event are confirmed.
