Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead EMEA-wide executive marketing program strategies aligned to business priorities, target buying groups, and strategic growth initiatives, with a focus on engaging C-level and senior decision-makers at scale.
  • Design integrated, multi-channel programs that help elevate Nutanix's thought leadership with senior business and technology leaders, leveraging digital channels, content, executive communications, ABM, and regional events.
  • Partner with field marketing teams to enable successful execution of executive-targeted campaigns, providing strategy, guidance, content, messaging, and measurement frameworks required for scale.
  • Collaborate closely with global marketing, product marketing, communications, and field teams to bring executive-focused programs to market consistently across the region.
  • Build audience-centric journeys for executive personas including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, COOs, and line-of-business leaders, ensuring programs align with their business priorities and challenges.
  • Measure program impact through executive audience engagement, marketing influence, account penetration, pipeline contribution, and business outcomes, continuously optimizing performance based on data and insights.
  • Act as the regional center of excellence for executive and CXO engagement, sharing insights, innovations, and successful program models across markets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, including expertise in integrated marketing, ABM, at-scale executive engagement, demand generation, or strategic audience marketing within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and scaling programs for senior business and technology audiences across multiple countries, regions, or markets.
  • Strong understanding of executive buying committees, enterprise decision-making processes, and account-based marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop frameworks and programs that drive adoption across distributed field marketing organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of how marketing contributes to account progression, pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue growth, supported by a data-driven approach to measurement and reporting.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with strong written and verbal communication skills for senior executive audiences.
