Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships and delivering an exceptional account management experience.
• Creating and executing Amazon growth strategies to increase visibility, improve organic rankings and drive sales.
• Analysing account performance, profitability and marketplace trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Monitoring competitor activity and using data-driven insights to optimise performance.
• Managing stock availability, FBA replenishment and demand forecasting to ensure consistent product availability.
• Producing regular performance reports across key commercial KPIs, including revenue, margin and growth.
• Working closely with our Amazon Operations, Client Services and Commercial teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Ensuring all account activity remains compliant with Amazon's marketplace policies and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Previous experience within an Amazon agency (desirable but not essential).
• A strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace ecosystem and commercial drivers.
• A proven track record of growing sales and improving profitability on Amazon.
• Excellent analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance data.
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Preferred

• Previous experience within an Amazon agency (desirable but not essential).
