Responsibilities

• Strategy & Optimization: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize clients' TikTok Shops to driving revenue and in alignment with business objectives. - Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging TikTok features to deploy effective tactics. - Maintain and update product listings, ensuring they are optimized for seasonality and relevant SEO terms.
• Growth & Performance: - Implement performance tracking and reporting, including monitoring key metrics such as engagement, product clicks, conversions, and sales. - Manage and deliver an ROI of 3 or more on GMV Max Campaigns. - Maintain a shop health score of 4.8 or above. - Meet client-specific KPIs and targets set by the company.
• Affiliate & Content Management: - Develop and execute strategies to expand affiliate networks and drive revenue through partnerships. - Recruit and manage relationships with affiliates, content creators, and influencers to secure collaborations and maximize campaign impact. - Manage and grow TikTok affiliate communities for clients. - Collaborate with the Content team to support launches, promotions, sales, and shoppable videos.
• Customer Experience: - Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
