Responsibilities

• * Design & Content Creation: Design high-converting Amazon product imagery (main images, infographics, A+ Content) and creative assets for TikTok Shop and social channels; adapt and localise visual assets provided by US head office.
• * Copywriting & Messaging: Write and refine clear, engaging product copy—including titles, bullet points, on-image text, and ad campaign messaging.
• * E-commerce Operations (Training Provided): Support day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central and TikTok Shop, including product listings, stock tracking, and coordinating FBA/FBT dispatches with the warehouse team.
• * Data & Performance: Assist in reviewing performance metrics, tracking campaign results, and preparing weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports.

Requirements

• * Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
• * Professional experience or educational background in Graphic Design (*Portfolio required*).
• * Professional working proficiency in *both English and Korean*.
• * Proficiency in *Adobe Photoshop* and *Illustrator*.
• * Basic computer literacy (MS Office programs, etc.).
• * Strong willingness to learn e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and data analytics.
• * Valid authorization/ability to travel abroad for business if required.

Preferred

• * Ability to edit short-form videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• * Experience with collaborative design tools (Figma, Canva).
• * Personal or professional interest in the Beauty or Hair category.
• * Prior experience using or managing Amazon Seller Central or TikTok Shop channels.
