Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products and services with professionalism and accuracy
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and deliver excellent service
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken) is required
• No experience needed, but willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation expenses covered by the company
• Proficiency in English is an advantage
