Own Beesou’s social-growth engine across key platforms, drive platform-native content strategies, and shape a social-first consumer journey to build a premium, culturally relevant aperitif brand.

Social Growth & Analytics: Build scalable growth, optimize content, and report on reach, engagement, and audience expansion.
Content Strategy & Production: Lead ideation and production of short-form content, manage production teams, and maintain brand-aligned calendars.
Consumer Journey & Brand Building: Craft discovery-to-loyalty journeys and anchor the brand around lifestyle moments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Social Growth & Analytics - Develop and execute scalable growth strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Understand platform algorithms and optimize content performance accordingly
Monitor and report on key metrics including: - Reach - Impressions - Engagement rate - Saves and shares - Follower growth - Watch time - Video retention
Build KPI dashboards and establish structured reporting processes
Conduct continuous test-and-learn cycles across: - Content formats - Posting cadence - Hooks and CTAs - Distribution timing
Segment audiences and tailor content strategies by customer group
Identify opportunities for organic reach and audience expansion
Content Strategy & Production - Lead content ideation, planning, and execution across all social platforms
Create and direct high-performing short-form content including: - Reels - TikToks - Carousels - Paid social creatives
Build a visually consistent and platform-native brand presence

Requirements

Digitally native, commercially aware, and creatively driven
Strong understanding of platform mechanics and audience behavior
Experienced in short-form content creation, hooks, pacing, editing, and platform-native formats
Comfortable managing both creative production and performance reporting
Thinks like a brand builder, not just a content creator
Entrepreneurial, proactive, organized, and execution-focused
Thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Passionate about building long-term brand equity and cultural relevance
Additional requirements: Strong portfolio of social and digital work
Experience scaling social channels and communities
Experience with influencer marketing and paid social campaigns
Strong understanding of analytics and reporting tools
