Since 1999, Intech Centre has supported learners, jobseekers and exam candidates through adult education, employability support, digital skills training and exam services. We are now expanding our digital provision, especially in Digital Marketing & AI, Web Design, and employment-focused digital skills.

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing, Web Design & AI Project Officer who has strong digital knowledge and wants to build a long-term career. We are willing to invest in the right person and support their development based on their strengths.

About the Role

This is a varied role combining digital knowledge, learner support, project coordination, employer communication and day-to-day delivery support.

You will work closely with tutors, project coordinators, managers, employers and learners to support the successful delivery of our digital programmes. You may help with learner communication, digital project tasks, portfolio development, employer-led briefs, course resources, workshops, marketing activities and project administration.

Over time, depending on your skills and interests, the role may develop towards one of the following pathways:

• Tutor / Trainer – supporting or delivering digital marketing, web design and AI sessions.
• Employer Engagement Specialist – working with employers, securing projects, vacancies and interviews.
• Project Coordinator – managing learner journeys, project delivery, reporting and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Digital Marketing & AI, Web Design and related digital programmes.
• Assist learners with practical digital tasks, portfolios and project work.
• Support tutors with digital resources, lesson materials and learner activities.
• Help learners use tools such as WordPress, Canva, AI tools, social media platforms and digital marketing .
• Support employer-led projects, live briefs and learner presentations.
• Communicate with learners about attendance, progress, tasks and deadlines.
• Work with employers and partners where required to support projects, referrals or progression opportunities.
• Assist with project coordination, learner records, reporting and day-to-day administration.
• Support marketing and promotion of Intech Centre’s digital courses.
• Help create or improve digital content, website materials, social media posts or campaign ideas.
• Support learners with basic employability activities linked to digital roles, portfolios and interviews.
• Contribute ideas to improve course delivery, learner experience and employer involvement.

Person Specification

The successful candidate must have:

• A degree in Digital Marketing, Web Design, Digital Media, Computing, IT, Marketing or a closely related subject.
• Good working knowledge of digital marketing, web design and AI tools.
• Understanding of areas such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content creation, branding, websites and online campaigns.
• Practical knowledge of website design or website management, preferably including WordPress.
• Confidence using AI tools for content, research, marketing, design or productivity.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with learners, employers and colleagues.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• A creative, proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop into a more specialised role over time.

Experience or skills in any of the following would be beneficial:

• WordPress, Elementor or other website builders.
• Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut or basic video editing.
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO tools.
• Email marketing or content planning.
• Social media management.
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or image/video generation tools.
• Teaching, mentoring, coaching or supporting learners.
• Employer engagement, sales, recruitment or business development.
• Project administration or coordination.
• Creating digital portfolios, websites or marketing campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with strong digital potential. The right person will be confident with digital tools, willing to learn, comfortable working with people and interested in helping learners progress into digital careers. You should be able to bring ideas, support projects and grow with the organisation.

This role would suit a graduate or early-career professional with good digital marketing, web design and AI knowledge who wants to develop into a stronger professional role within adult education, employability or digital project delivery.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
