Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across our artist roster.
  • Manage social media campaigns, content calendars and publishing schedules across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and emerging channels.
  • Create engaging, on-brand social copy and content that reflects each artist's voice and campaign objectives.
  • Assist with the setup, management and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube.
  • Research audiences for new releases and emerging artists, producing targeting recommendations to inform campaign strategy and digital advertising.
  • Brief, coordinate and deliver digital assets for campaigns, working with internal creative teams and external designers where required.
  • Produce simple creative assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for social media, advertising and marketing activity.
  • Coordinate creator, influencer and community marketing initiatives, including seeding campaigns and fan activations.
  • Support relationships with DSPs including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and YouTube Music to maximise promotional opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and produce reports with key insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience in social media and digital marketing, ideally within the music, entertainment or creative industries.
  • A genuine passion for music, digital culture and technology.
  • Good understanding of the music industry, including release campaigns, streaming platforms and artist marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and an understanding of paid social advertising.
  • Confident using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite to produce simple, high-quality creative assets.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different artists and audiences.
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable interpreting campaign data and using insights to improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working at a record label, management company, agency or distributor.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Chartmetric or platform insights.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers or online communities.
