Responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule engaging social media content to attract foster carers.
• Support digital PR, paid advertising, virtual events and local promotional activity.
• Manage regional social media channels and Google Business Profile listings.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Work with fostering services to promote local events and generate enquiries.
• Ensure all content is clear, ethical, values-led and aligned to the Five Rivers brand.

Requirements

• strong digital marketing and social media experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to use insight and data to shape effective campaigns.
• You will be organised, creative and collaborative, with a passion for producing content that inspires people to begin their fostering journey.

Preferred

• Experience of paid social, recruitment marketing or community-focused campaigns would be an advantage
