Job Summary
Own digital growth by building and coordinating an integrated strategy across lead gen, website optimization, paid media, and social with a sharp ROI lens.
- Growth & channel ownership: drive strategy, campaigns, and analytics across Google Ads, paid social, and SEO for lead quality and pipeline.
- Website & content: optimize pages, journeys, landing pages, and UX to boost conversions and SEO signals.
- Measurement & optimization: track performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously lift CAC and ROAS.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Lead Generation: Develop and own an integrated marketing strategy that drives a consistent flow of high-quality leads through digital channels
- Track and optimise campaigns to achieve strong ROI and conversion rates
- Website Management: Manage and continuously improve the company website
- Optimise website content, landing pages, and user journeys for SEO and lead generation
- Work with developers where necessary to implement improvements
- Paid Advertising: Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns
- Manage paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn where appropriate)
- Monitor performance and adjust budgets and targeting to maximise results
- Social Media & Brand Presence: Develop and implement a social media strategy across all relevant platforms
- Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing performance using analytics tools
Requirements
- Experience: At least 4 years (required)
- Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
- Strong experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns
- Experience managing websites and SEO optimisation
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROI
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage marketing initiatives effectively

- Experience working with service businesses or franchise networks
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Basic design or content creation skills
