Job Summary

Own the website experience for Miele GB and Ireland with a bias toward commercial performance, cross-team launches, and SEO driven visibility.

  • Website operations and CX: run the site, coordinate campaigns, and align with global eCommerce, promotions, and product rollouts.
  • Content and SEO: execute engaging content from campaigns and optimise local SEO to lift organic visibility and conversions.
  • Analytics and cross-channel delivery: use web analytics to improve journey, collaborate with CRM and performance marketing to drive traffic and ensure cross-channel consistency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Administer the Miele GB website, optimising customer experience and delivering campaigns seamlessly in collaboration with stakeholders across the business, from promotions to new product innovations.
  • Collaborating with other departments and our global eCommerce and Digital team to manage and improve all aspects of the website
  • Be responsible for the brand image on our website, collaborating with the Brand Manager.
  • Creating and implementing engaging content from global and local marketing campaigns to drive commercial performance.
  • Execution of local SEO strategy, optimising website content to enhance visibility in search engines.
  • Analyse and optimise conversion rates through your understanding of the customer journey and optimisations to remove friction.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to the website through testing, data analysis, journey mapping and other measures.
  • Management of the Miele Ireland website, implementing best-in-class online journey for direct (D2C) and partner (B2B2C) sales.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM Manager and Performance Marketing Manager to drive traffic to the website, provide a seamless customer journey and ensure cross-channel alignment.
  • Using web analytics tools, analyse user behaviour, build reports, and identify opportunities to improve performance and conversion.

Requirements

  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
  • You apply consumer-focused thinking and take a performance-driven approach to deliver measurable results
  • You demonstrate excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
  • You demonstrate business acumen and a commercial mindset
  • You show strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills
  • You remain effective under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • You work collaboratively with others and communicate clearly and confidently
