Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy
• Support the development and delivery of our digital marketing strategy.
• Align marketing activity with new product launches and wider business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve online visibility, engagement, and conversion.
• Website Management
• Manage and update content across five company websites.
• Create and maintain engaging product pages, landing pages, imagery and site content.
• Coordinate website enhancements and design briefs with internal and external partners.
• Monitor website performance and act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage our shoppable media platform to ensure a seamless customer journey from product discovery to purchase.

Requirements

• Passion for cars/automotive products
• Proven experience in a broad digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content creation and technical marketing principles.
• Experience working with website CMS platforms, ideally WordPress.
• Excellent understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience managing YouTube content and supporting video production projects.
• Strong social media management experience, including Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to analyse performance data and produce meaningful reports.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

• Experience with chatbot or live chat platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT.
• Experience using WordPress plugins such as WooCommerce and Gravity Forms.
• Background in automotive, retail, FMCG, e-commerce or product-led businesses.
