Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google and Meta to drive traffic, sales, and ROI.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to maximise results.
• Produce clear reports and share insights and recommendations with the team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design, digital, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns across multiple channels, including email.
• Support and grow the affiliate marketing programme by onboarding publishers and tracking performance.
• Work closely with external agencies and contribute ideas and energy to team meetings.
• Keep campaigns fresh and competitive by staying on top of the latest digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (PPC and/or Paid Social)
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Merchant Centre.
• A solid understanding of affiliate marketing and email campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various teams.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work across multiple clients/websites.
• Analytical mindset with a creative streak – you can crunch numbers but also write compelling ad copy.
• A proactive problem solver who spots opportunities and loves finding smart solutions.
• Passionate about e-commerce and excited by online retail.
