Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and organised Digital Marketing & Design Associate to support the delivery of our day-to-day digital marketing activity.
This role will help manage social media, HubSpot, website updates, email marketing, onsite SEO and the creation of visually engaging digital content.
Successful candidate will be creative, detail-focused and comfortable working across multiple digital channels. They will need to work well as part of a team, follow direction where required, and also be confident using their own initiative.

Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
A design background or strong design eye, with the ability to create visually engaging digital content for social media, email and website use.
Experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar.
Experience creating, scheduling and managing social media content.
Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM/email marketing platform.
Good understanding of email marketing, data management, forms and automation.
Experience updating websites through a CMS, such as WordPress or similar.
Understanding of onsite SEO best practice.
Experience using AI tools
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

Experience with paid social or Google Ads.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console or similar reporting tools.
Experience in events, hospitality, sport, fundraising or luxury experiences.
