Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across email, website, social media and paid advertising channels.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X.
• Assist with maintaining and updating company websites, ensuring content remains accurate and up to date.
• Assist with creating and updating product pages (PIM).
• Maintain and update the dedicated service platform website.
• Assist with creating logic for ecommerce offers
• Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, email campaigns and promotional content.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Assist with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) activities to improve website visibility.
• Support the planning and coordination of events, exhibitions and product launches.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject.
• Graduate or up to two years' experience in a marketing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.

Preferred

• Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads or SEO principles.
• Experience using website content management systems (CMS).
• Understanding of email marketing platforms.
• Previous internship, placement year or marketing work experience.
