Job Summary

Own and optimise UCL Advancement's email program across governance, lifecycle journeys and data-driven insights to drive engagement and brand-aligned communications.

  • Ownership: email program governance and scheduling across CRM platforms to ensure consistent, accessible communications.
  • Lifecycle: design and automate journeys that move alumni and supporters through activation, engagement and impact.
  • Optimization: translate audience insights and performance data into campaign improvements and deliverability improvements.

Job Description
