Job Summary

Own social content for a children’s charity center focused on Facebook, turning brand guidelines into scheduled posts and video while keeping tone friendly and audience-appropriate.

  • Content Ownership: Produce infographics, written copy, and video aligned to a planned calendar.
  • Idea generation: Propose social content ideas and campaign concepts that fit the audience of young children and families.
  • Brand and schedule discipline: Maintain brand voice and publish on schedule across social posts.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities: Produce content that meets Brand guidelines and tone of voice and aligns with a planned schedule across Facebook social content, including infographics, written copy and video
  • Provide ideas and suggestions for social media content and campaigns
  • Produce content in line with a planned schedule
  • We’re open to a range of experience and skill levels, but looking for someone familiar with and who has a keen interest in social media/digital content
  • Some social media content creation and / or video editing experience
  • Some copywriting experience (short and long form)
  • Be friendly and have a good sense of humour
  • Understand the needs of young children and families
  • Be Reliable
  • Be confident
  • To provide two references from non-family members and other relevant documents related to the role.
  • To keep to all the charity’s policies and guidelines.
  • To complete an induction and any training relating to the role.
