Lead diocesan communications by planning and delivering content and campaigns across channels, producing creative assets, and evaluating impact while collaborating with teams to support branding and mission.

  • Own planning of content and digital campaigns across diocesan channels
  • Produce engaging content (graphics, video, photography, copy) aligned to branding and values
  • Monitor performance with analytics and iterate based on insights

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule content and digital campaigns across diocesan channels.
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, video, photography and written copy.
  • Ensure content reflects diocesan branding and values.
  • Monitor and evaluate content performance using analytics.
  • Produce other creative communications products as required
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support communications objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong content creation skills across communications and especially across all social media platforms.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
  • Experience creating video content for social media and websites.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • The ability to travel across the Diocese.
  • You will also be able to demonstrate empathy with the faith and mission of the Church of England.
