Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging tutorials, guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Create step-by-step educational content for customers and partners.
• Keep existing documentation up to date as features evolve.
• Record, present & edit educational video tutorials.
• Demonstrate platform features and workflows.
• Work with internal teams to plan and script content.
• Record, edit, and publish educational video content.
• Repurpose livestream and webinar content into shorter videos for marketing and customer education.
• Host regular webinars, live demonstrations, and Q&A sessions.
• Present new features and best practices to customers.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera.
• Experience creating educational or instructional content.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging way.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with video recording and editing tools.

Preferred

• Experience hosting webinars or livestreams
• Knowledge of e-commerce, publishing, printing, or SaaS platforms
• Experience with customer training or product marketing
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
