Job Summary

Own AMI’s integrated digital footprint across social, email, and web to amplify events, publications, and community impact while turning research into shareable, on-brand visuals and short-form video.

  • Social & Digital Engagement: Manage AMI’s channels, email, and digital presence to drive event communications and audience engagement.
  • Content Design & Production: Create print and digital assets, convert research and podcasts into shareable formats, and maintain brand consistency across all materials.
  • Website & Media Coordination: Update websites and production workflows, supervise basic video/audio edits, and coordinate with external editors to deliver timely, publish-ready content.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities: Social & Digital Engagement: Manage AMI’s social channels, email platforms, and digital presence to communicate events and activities.
  • Responsibilities: Social & Digital Engagement: Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with AMI’s output, events, and key dates in the Islamic calendar.
  • Responsibilities: Content Design & Production: Create posters, flyers, graphics, emails, and promotional materials for seminars and events.
  • Responsibilities: Content Design & Production: Produce shareable content from research outputs and podcasts into infographics, quote cards, carousels, and short-form video clips.
  • Responsibilities: Content Design & Production: Ensure all visual content adheres to AMI’s brand identity and maintains a consistent, high-quality aesthetic.
  • Responsibilities: Website Management: Maintain and update AMI’s websites with new content, ensure accuracy and user-friendliness, and apply basic SEO principles.
  • Responsibilities: Video & Audio Production Coordination: Perform basic editing of recordings and coordinate with external editors for higher-end production, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
  • Responsibilities: Communications & Outreach: Support digital outreach for events, liaise with partners and media, and respond to inquiries across channels in a timely manner.
