Requirements

6+ years of experience in art direction, digital design, or creative leadership within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
Experience leading, mentoring, or managing creative teams while fostering collaboration and creative growth.
A portfolio showcasing exceptional work across digital campaigns, display advertising, design systems, email, and motion storyboards.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to direct motion design and collaborate effectively with animation teams.
Experience building scalable creative systems, templates, workflows, and production processes.
Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, visual storytelling, and digital design best practices.
Ability to translate brand guidelines into elevated, platform-specific creative that feels thoughtful and original.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
A proactive, builder mindset with enthusiasm for shaping new processes, teams, and ways of working.

Preferred

Experience supporting enterprise technology, SaaS, or B2B brands.
Experience leading large-scale display advertising or HTML5 banner programs.
